Business Development Manager - Service

Komatsu Forklift needs you as our customer facing Business Development Manager to develop, foster, manage and enhance new customer relationships across our national branch network.
Based in our Head Office at Seven Hills and reporting to the National Service Manager, you will be accountable for delivering against company targets, generation of new business, maintain the business you have won and providing support and account management for all our national service customers. You will become the central point of contact for your new clients and our branch network.
This key role will be responsible for all aspects of execution with the customer around:
- Budget objectives
- Execution of preventative maintenance programs
- Driving profitable growth
- Customer Marketing
- Sales Planning
An ability to develop strong cross functional relationship's both internally and externally will be a key success driver in this role. Other key deliverables will be delivery of budget objectives, execution of business programs, driving profitable & sustainable growth, and strong communication / presentation skills.
The ideal candidate will have an extensive materials handling or capital equipment (rental, sales or service) background. You will have a demonstrated track record of achievement and consistent delivery against key metrics. You will possess strong skills in business planning, product knowledge, negotiations, sound financial skills, strong analytical skills and the ability to develop robust relationships with your customers. Relevant technical and or tertiary qualifications will be considered favourably.
An attractive package consisting of base salary, uncapped commission, fully maintained company car and superannuation, will be offered to the right candidate.

We are looking to expand our Service team. If you are a skilled technician with experience in Forklift Industry or you are a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, Plant Mechanic, Auto Electrician, or Restricted LPG technician industrial equipment read on.

SERVICE and PARTS SUPERVISOR Townsville
This position requires a well-organised mind, excellent customer Service skills together with outstanding technical knowledge gained from the automotive, mechanical or hydraulics industry.
This is a pivotal role in our company and you will be responsible for taking the repair/service enquiries from our client and then despatching the work to the Field Service Technicians. You will be responsible for their schedules and for their material requirements.
You will also be responsible for our aftermarket parts business. You will manage the local parts department, undertaken stocking and ordering duties and general parts activities including invoicing, receiving and dispatching parts to customer and our field service technicians.
You will need to have a good knowledge of the Townsville and surrounding areas, firm experience in organising work, understanding standard job times and be able to handle multiple activities at once.

Komatsu Forklift has an exciting opportunity to support and manage our blue chip customers. Be responsible for our biggest accounts at Head Office level.
Komatsu Forklift needs you as our customer facing National Account Manager to develop and enhance our relationships with a select group of national customers.
Based in our Head Office at Seven Hills and reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be accountable for delivering against company targets for your blue chip clients, being responsible for the overall implementation of the trade strategy and growth for your clients. You will become the central point of contact for your clients and our branch network.
This key role will be responsible for all aspects of execution with the customer around:
- Budget objectives
- Execution of fleet replacement programs
- Driving profitable growth
- Customer Marketing
- Sales Planning
An ability to develop strong cross functional relationship's both internally and externally will be a key success driver in this role. Other key deliverables will be delivery of budget objectives, execution of business programs, driving profitable & sustainable growth, and strong communication / presentation skills.
The ideal candidate will have an extensive materials handling or capital equipment rental or sales background. You will have a demonstrated track record of achievement and consistent delivery against key metrics. You will possess strong skills in business planning, product knowledge, negotiations, sound financial skills, strong analytical skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with your customers. Relevant tertiary qualifications will be considered favourably.
An attractive package with potential value in excess of $130,000 and consisting of base salary, $30,000 bonus commission, fully maintained company car and superannuation, will be offered to the right candidate.
